Children & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)
The Young People’s Team (YPT) is one of a number of specialist Tier 3 mental health services in CAMHS who work with children and young people deemed at high risk of developing mental health problems. The service is available to Looked after children, Adopted children and their families, and children known to the Youth Offending Service. As part of our work we provide training to those professionals working with these children and young people in order to help and support them in their work.
