The serious case review sub-committee is responsible for the consideration of serious incidents, proceeding with a review process if necessary and certain actions following the reviewing process.

Four half-day briefing sessions for local multiagency practitioners were held recently to explore what was learned from the various case review processes conducted by the Leicester Safeguarding Children Board in 2011 and how practice has changed as a result.
