Safeguarding babies
The NSPCC has launched the All Babies Count campaign which highlights the vulnerability of children under one and calls for better and earlier support for new and expectant parents. A research report into the extent of the abuse and neglect of babies, and highlighting the importance of early intervention has also been published.
