Thresholds Guidance
LSCB Guidance on thresholds for children's and family services in Leicester City is available, intended to assist professionals within Leicester Childrens’ workforce to identify suitable responses to needs and issues that they encounter amongst the children, young people and families they are working with.
LSCB Procedures
The LSCB procedures launched on June 7th 2011. The procedures replace the previous LSCB practice guidance and LSCB procedures for Leicester City and Leicestershire and Rutland.
The Procedures are now compatible with the latest version of "Working Together"(2010). 23 chapters of Procedures and 22 pieces of Practice Guidance have been consolidated into 13 easy-to-access sections that are searchable by the use of keywords. There is also an entire section dedicated to the Think Family approach.

Referrals To Childrens Social Care Services
Also "live" from Tuesday 7th June 2011 is the new form for making referrals to Childrens Social Care Services in Leicester City. Please ensure that all previous versions of the referral form held within agencies or organisations are removed and replaced with this new version, which is can be downloaded from here
